Kevin Bower
Kevin was born and raised on Stanley Vale, and became the 4th generation to work on Stanley Vale.
Kevin - pictured here with his wife Joan. From a young age Kevin worked alongside his father, Fred, brothers Frank & Jack and sister Mary at Stanley Vale. Kevin’s passions have always been his family and the land. Kevin has always been open-minded to new initiatives, consequently Stanley Vale was at the forefront of innovation and was one of the first farms in the local area to get electricity. Under Kevin’s management many major changes took place at Stanley Vale including the move from horses to diesel tractors and motorbikes. His son, Tim has worked alongside Kevin for many years and says “Dad’s never retired from Stanley Vale, just slowed down a little”.
